Simple Chromebook Rules

In the Classroom

1. Bring your fully charged Chromebook every day.
2. Use your Chromebook only when your teacher gives permission.
3. Stay on assigned websites and apps.
4. Keep food and drinks away from your Chromebook.
5. Carry your Chromebook with two hands.
6. Treat your Chromebook with care. Don't throw, slam, or stack heavy items on it.
7. Keep your login information private.
8. Report any damage or problems to your teacher immediately.
9. Respect others by using appropriate language and behavior online.
10. Return your Chromebook to its proper location when instructed.

At Home

1. Charge your Chromebook every night.
2. Use your Chromebook for schoolwork first.
3. Follow your family's internet rules and expectations.
4. Keep your Chromebook in a safe, dry place.
5. Do not let others use your school Chromebook.
6. Avoid eating or drinking around your Chromebook.
7. Handle your Chromebook carefully when transporting it.
8. Return your Chromebook to school each day unless otherwise instructed.
9. Report lost, stolen, or damaged devices to the school as soon as possible.
10. Use the internet responsibly and follow the school's Acceptable Use Policy at all times.
